Different Types of Pallets for Concrete Block Machines
The bricks must be created on a pallet before demolding, and the molded bricks are then supported by a roller or a cart while stacked. Without a pallet, the brick-making machines won't be able to finish the demolding process and won't be capable of continuously producing bricks.
There are different types of Concrete Block Machine Pallets to choose for block machine:
Wooden Pallets:
Brick workers prefer using wooden pallets because they are lightweight and inexpensive. Shipboards, strengthened through plates, industrial waste workpieces, and discarded wood splicing are examples of high-quality wooden pallets.
Bamboo Pallets:
Bamboo is the base product for bamboo pallets, combined with glue. The bamboo Concrete Block Machine Pallets are strong, level on both sides, impact-strength, and heavy. Although it is fibrous and simple to break, it is employed in small & medium sizes in non-fired brick companies due to its inexpensive cost.
PVC Pallets:
PVC pallets are made by pressing PVC resin powder under electric heat, adding appropriate amounts of anti-aging, oils, antioxidants, and other additives, and then cutting the finished product into pallets of different dimensions.
GMT fiber Pallets:
A mix of glass fiber and thermoplastic resin makes up this pallet for the brick machine. During the Concrete Block Machine Pallets production process, the resin component and the glass fibers are three-dimensionally spaced. This brick machine pallet has a glass fiber covering, significantly increasing its stiffness and impact resistance.
These are the four types of pallets used commonly for concrete block machines. If the budget is low, you can select either a wooden or bamboo pallet.
